At ChinoMotoParts.com, we want you to have full confidence when shopping for Chinese ATV parts, Go-Kart components, Dirt Bike spares, and Scooter replacement parts. If you need to request a return, replacement, or refund, please read our policies below. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.


Product Usage Guidelines

Our parts are designed for durability and undergo quality checks before shipping. However, misuse or installation outside of manufacturer instructions may void eligibility for returns. Always confirm measurements, fitment, and vehicle compatibility before purchase.


Important Notes

  • Measurement Confirmation: Please check product dimensions before purchasing. Returns for incorrect sizing or ordering errors are not accepted.
  • Functionality Claims: We do not accept returns based on performance claims outside of the product description.
  • Pre-Approval Required: Returns not pre-approved by our support team will be rejected.

15-Day Return Policy

To start a return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Notify us within 3 days of delivery for damaged products, or within 14 days for internal/functional issues. Misunderstandings of promotions or offers are not valid reasons for returns.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Products broken, scratched, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
  • Missing Packaging: Returns without the original box will not be refunded.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective.
  • Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Inspection Fees: Products with missing parts, scratches, or inconsistencies may incur a 25% fee for the first penalty, with an additional 20% per subsequent penalty.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Items received after this timeframe are not eligible.
  • Return Form: A return form (provided by our team) must be included in your return package. Returns without this form may incur a 25% fee deduction.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after inspection, minus applicable fees. Shipping fees and extended warranties are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

If you purchased an extended warranty with your part, you may be eligible for replacement due to factory defects.

Conditions:

  • Must notify us within 3–14 days for internal issues.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Parts must not be broken, damaged, or misused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty Policy

ChinoMotoParts Warranty covers defects in materials or factory malfunctions. This warranty does not cover misuse, installation errors, accidents, or wear and tear. Lost or stolen parts are not covered.


Water Damage Policy

Our parts are tested for normal durability but not for extreme water exposure. Damage caused by misuse or improper installation is not covered. If water damage occurs within 15 days of delivery, we may offer a discount on replacement parts at our discretion.


Bundle & Promotion Policy

  • Final sale. Free promotional items are non-refundable.: Final sale. No returns or refunds, except for defective parts.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 5 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and shipped.
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not issued once an item has shipped.
  • Delivery carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS) are responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.
